Love and hate

Decides your overall fate

Trying not to let the self hate

Overrun the thoughts that are untamed

Because thats when you start to unravel

And your mind spins till your body hits the gravel

Now youre left with cuts and bruises only skin deep

Its the scars inside that lead you to run and hide

Cant bare to face the pain

Because thats when you start to realize that the sunshine is now rain

Pouring down into the cracks and bruises

Stinging until you surrender the hate

The hate that led you to scar your own fate
