The Dark Angel she came
And folded her wings around me
Gently laying herself down
Cold naked body upon mine

Soft Feathers on my skin
She whispers into my mouth
Saying how much she longs
To fly me into the light

Into eyes of sorrow and joy
I ask for a moment longer
And hours are days of release
Slowly taking my pain, my life
