As it so happened one peaceful night
I saw a flame so bright
But little did I know
Just how far I'd go
In the place called the Abyss.
I found myself staring deep inside
Just as it was searching my soul
Forever and a day we stared
Much like a Mexican Standoff
Until a strange thing happened...
The Abyss blinked
