Don't lie to me this night

Am I pain proof

Will you take flight

Tears roll down my cheeks

On this moonless night

As I see you walk away

To the numbing blight 

There are not enough drugs in the World

To forget about you

All's know I've tried every damn thing

To get through with you

Once again tears are streaming

and it's 4 am on a Friday

Once again Agony is freeing

You were always Aphrodite

I look back on the years 

And you know what they taught me

Only that what does not kill you

Makes you broken, beaten, scarred and filthy

Broken promises, broken paths, broken trust

Beaten will, beaten strength, beaten lust

scarred hands, scarred face, scarred throughout the heart

Filthy love, filthy need, filthy in every part

Goodbye my love

I can no longer stay here

Our past memories
