God (Inspired by) For years I was possessed by my demons,
controlled by the voices in my head.
Darkness became my abode;
I settled alone in shadows.
I was a chained and held prisoner
in solitary confinement.
I couldn't escape the voices
how matter how hard I tried
or how fast I ran.
Then one day I found the light;
it spoke with authority
and called me out of darkness.
Now I speak light to others,
show them how dark my life was
and what set me free.
