My vision has grown so clouded
by the pressures of the world
and the sickness in my own heart.

But today you reached through the noise
even when I refused to listen.

You didn't give up until
I turned my ear.

I searched for you
and found you
where you were all along-
deep within.

I was intent on letting my tears
take over my heart.

But you gave my tears a purpose
for they were not from sadness.

They came from
a heart filled to brimming
with your love.
