All You've Done

Folder:
God (Inspired by)

Guilty and ashamed
of the things I've done,
of what I've become.

But you've overcome;
you lost your life
to give me back mine.

These dirty hands
cannot be lifted up
to the spotless one.

But He washed me clean,
He wiped the slate
and called me forgiven.

I've let you down.
Will you take back
the mercy you've given?

Will you still love me
when I have walked away
from all you've done for me?

Your grace stretches
beyond my every failing;
your love never runs out.
