Do you feel the regression in human kind?
Can you sense the primitive nature?
As we destroy our giver
With a selfish state of mind
Do you see individual thought crumble?
Can you sense impending fall?
As we close our minds to difference
And internal growth is stalled
Do you realize our surroundings
Are one with us in life?
Thus we are destroying ourselves
With malice and with strife
Do you know what is reality?
And what is force-fed lies?
As we are forced into a state of mind
Not allowed to realize
That we are never truly free
Slaves to our society
Never using our own minds
Warped by peer or deity
Blindly accepting all we hear
Never seeking to find
Our minds are closed, and thus inactive
