like maggots buried within our failing system.
Hate spreads to violence,
as justice blinds herself to the truth.
Forced smiles spread thick on our faces,
like rabid hyenas waiting for the kill.
We have initiated our own self destruct,
with an internal fuse sparked by ignorance.
Jaded eyes of a nation have complete trust,
as our country's lies fold us up like a dead spider.
