Liar, Liar

Liar, Liar,

I love your pretty lies

Liar, Liar

The truth is my demise

Lover, Lover,

is what you are, in cheap disguise

But Lover, Lover

I still love those pretty lies

Liar, Liar,

How well I know your game

Liar, Liar,

How easily your name

Will trigger alarms in my mind,

it's a warning I neglect.

It's a feeling that I find

I am too often fond of

and unable to forget

So, Liar, Liar,

Please, stay and don't go

Liar, Liar,

for I already know

that a Lover, you are not

unless in cheap disguise

with fake words, that tend to rot

in the shadow of your lies

Author's Notes/Comments:

I don't think I like this poem that much.. Not sure why, it seems different and somewhat lazy. Anyways, incase you haven't noticed, it's about lying lovers... or.. loving liars. Whichever.
