A Secret of Sin and Paradise

Folder:
2005

I'm torn between worlds

of lust and supposed love

I lust for you and long for him

Though fate decides, not both.

I am so clearly not to win

For it never goes my way

and in the game of loveless sin

I won't let lustless love away

I want your touch,

He's shit in bed.

I want his love,

My heart, to you, is dead

He has my heart,

I don't have his.

You have my obscene dreams,

but not my wish.

I can't have either

I know this too well

I'll secretly take both

This secret, I won't tell.

Author's Notes/Comments:

I don't know if I like the title of the poem.
I think it speaks for itself, though.
