The Wish of a Seed!

I just want one damn chance,

 To manifest myself,

 And flourish on my own,

I don’t really care for my guardian’s sense.

Truly, if provided the opportunity,

The world shall be the observer,

Of the fruitful deeds of mine,

In the days further on, though not for eternity.

Just help me to make myself known,

I promise, I won’t let the earth down.

Author's Notes/Comments:

The poem is about 'seed' that is dying to reveal itself by uncovering its outer shell. It wants our help so that it can be set inside the earth. Eventually, it will be able to help human race by turning into a tree in the days ahead. In the fourth line, the word 'guardian' refers to 'soil'.
