The Man and the Oaf

A man sat in a tavern, he noticed a drunken oaf loudly talking and rapping on his table. The man then spake, "Stop! For you are disturbing the others." The oaf, slurring his words, spake, "Shut up, fool, I will continue my ways!" The man retalliated and spake, "I shall brawl with you if your actions do not cease!" A fight then broke out amongst them, destroying jugs, and damaging the place. The man then knew.

 

Moral: trying to deal with things that can not be dealt with might cause more harm.
