Time passes unfairly

Time passes on its simple thread of indignation

righteousness burning unresolved

a petty mercy lent to us all

deceiving 'til the sirens call

eating the flesh of the "ever-crawl"

it's a liars feast

rotted flesh so ripe with hate

a tribe disease

sustenance best left denied

I called to thee

the passage opens below the knees

and I kneel to creep through the abyssmal malady

then strain to speak

but fear evokes a silent fiend

until I scream

I'm embraced by silence's dream
