All the more time to get to know you
To know if it's right, to know if it will last
To make sure it's love and not lust
Sometimes I speed ahead
And you have to pull me back
Sometimes you lag behind
And I have to give you a nudge

We go with the flow
We learn and then we know

It's a long road but in going slow we do not tire
We tend to what is needed to keep the fire
Being considerate of each other
Upfront, honest, and trusting
