Often I wonder if we would still be?



If I were everything that you wanted me to be

Would I actually be happy?



If I were everything that you wanted me to be

Would I lie to myself?



If I were everything that you wanted me to be

Would I even still be me?



If I were everything that you wanted me to be

I would be too weak to say "I hate you"



     I'm not everything that you wanted me to be

     Because you changed me so swiftly
