I do not wish
To live in a world
Where conformity
Is held in
Higher reguard
Than individuality
And I don't
Understand
Why anyone would
That is why
Every day
With every
Fiber of
My being
I fight to be
And stay me
A free spirit
And proud of it
Tried to fit in
By being who
I wasn't
For too long
Now I know better
And I swear
On my life
That will never
Be me again
And I hope it isn't
