Each day a little brighter
And strive to leave
The world better off
Then when they
Were born into it
The world needs not
More people who are
Just hell bent
On getting ahead
Who care not
About the world around them
That is going to hell
The world needs more people
Who think more about others
Than they do themselves
Those who know
How to not live selfish
But rather selfless instead
Most people
Think these people rare
But alas more of them
Are here than you think
They are everywhere
And if you ask me
They are the ones
Who should be making
The evening news
Instead of just
More bad news
And criminals
