The world lives in fear
No sanity it seems anywhere
And we only have
Ourselves to blame
Living day to day
Trying to find
Some else to blame
For the fact the
World is so insane
We would rather
Blame each other
For the bleak future
Our children our facing
Than stand up
And take our share
Of the responsibility
We live in greed
And a society
That lives in greed
Trouble is what they'll always see
Or they would see
If they weren't living so blindly
We need to step up
And take responsibility
And start helping those in need
Start living selfless
Instead of selfish
Maybe then
A better future
We would have
The chance to see
