Fragile as a Dove

Folder:
Love and loss

Physical attracktion is not my type of thing.

When I learn about someone, thays what makesa me sing.

I don't want your body, I want to know your soul,

Your soul is what burns bright, your fiery coal.

Love is not at first sight, it takes some time,

Slowly over days, two souls start to rhyme.

So show me now all the secrets you hide,

Tell me all of your storys until our two worlds collide.

As two people converse they're souls are alone,

They are soon to relize home is not home.

In someones arms they'd rather be safe and sound,

Love has them flying, feet off the ground.

They find their souls work better, two as a whole.

Their hands lay open, a small shallow bowl,

They will take the others hand with compasion and love.

They relize now their love is a fragile dove,

So hold tight, but not to strong,

Because that fragile dove might not stay too long.
