The calm sea inside my mind begins to stir

Riding in your car down the interstate
Hands intertwined...
My pulse matching yours as if we're one...
Time seems to stand still whenever you look into my eyes
The night air raising goosebumps on the flesh of my arms
The city lights all a blur around us...
Nothing matters...
Except you and I...
Time stands still and the sea that once was calm
Has begun to rock...
Steadily growing as the thoughts seem to increase in vivid detail...
Intricate patterns form on the surface of this sea and they form images of you and I...
I feel you now through every fiber of my being
You being the missing piece to this puzzle
It's now complete...
