Until it's too late...

Do people with the same hue of skin as me
Ever think about the damage they cause
When they speak negatively about their own kind...
So many people spend their lives trying to
Please others and lose themselves along the way...
So many who conform and sign contracts with
The devil in disguise without reading the fine pring...
Just to become trapped in something they
Wind up regretting later on...

When will people wake up and recognize they can
Only live for themselves and not others...
