September Nightmare

As the morning of endless suffering began

The nightmare began for this young man

A loud explosion rang into his ears

The blood of two towers he suddenly felt fear

"Where am I?" he pondered

As fire set in the window shutters

"Watch out!" said a woman,

But it was too late

the airplanes crashed,

and his visions fade

Then he felt himself seated.

He saw passengers scared and mistreated

A sound of a man of foreign accent praying,

The young man couldn't understand what he was saying,

But he saw where they were headed

The large tower getting closer he dreaded

"Please wake me up from this nightmare now"

Then he woke up and wondered how?

He saw the calendar 9/10

Tomorrow is his birthday

Then he called his best friend

"Hey wanna hang out tomorrow"He asked

"Sure after work, on the trade center" he said with a blast

Not knowing the nightmare will begin again

this time he will know it with his best friend.

This Poem is dedicated to the people who suffered on 9/11
