A Soldier's Lullaby Anamosity is all I see when I look at you,
Disgusted by my race: what it has been through;
You have claimed to have served the people,
But what you have done to us is but just evil.
It is beyond unjustified how you detest us,
If you are the one who we pay to protect us.
Harrassing our youth with intent to instill fear,
To arrest the innocent without probable cause by jeer;
Murders of our young men in absolute nonesense,
Put blood on your hands in an act of recompense.
It is beyond me how you rest at night,
If we are who pay you to make the unjust right.
Metro-Dade Police and City of Miami P.D.,
Claiming that there is a rampage on the street;
I believe you are causing the pain to us,
Occassional return fire as you remain to us...
