THE CURSE OF BETTE CRAWFORD

(A Kyrielle Poem)

In her life she's seen better days

Than later ones all shrouded in gray

So far is but her curse and shame

Missing so much in the name of fame!

She wakes up half-dead each morn...

Trapped by greed and power that stings,

Knowing she's the one to blame

Missing much in the name of fame!

She wasn't to live a normal life

Love just wounded her with a knife

Her passion has been consumed by flame

Missing much in the name of fame!
