TRYING SO HARD
Trying again so hard, sometimes I pretend
Eyes don't see, what I can't just mend!
And people that once you think were your friends
Turn up being, mere nothing in the end!
And swifting, gray clouds, on your head descends
Portent pain and sorrows, to your heart you know they intend!
Nothing you would do, works in the bitter-end
And everything is so hard, for US to comprenhend!
On your knees, days and nights, you pray for a miracle,Godsend!
Meanwhile, more darkness on you, seems all of sudden descend
And all tears and prayers to God Almighty, ascends and
Slowly,under the veil of the night, my back seems to fall and to bend
And sometimes life, it seems, no more worth for you or for me to spend
Making it through, trying so hard not to take from you, any offense
As my whole world collapses, and right into hell, just transcends!
Every day of your life, right to every year-end
To God's call you quickly respond and to all your duties and responsibilities with great pride you attend!
