WHEN THINGS GET ROUGH
When around me, things get so rough
And I just can't see anymore my way out,
I shout in my mind aloud,His blessed name,
To quickly come and help me through my strifes...
And sometimes when problems are so much,
And they corrode with a vengance all my heart and thoughts,
At times binding so tight my eyes and soul,
Till blinded and lost, I can't see nothing right...
It's then when in those unbearable and painful times,
From the darkest confinements and hours of my soul,
That with a sigh of praise and relief, I do recall
That He's always here with me, and that He loves me so...
