KING SAUL
Saul was tall and handsome and had everything
The Prophet Samuel anointed him in secret
As God chose him as Israel's First King
-'Obey all my commands and I'll give you anything,'the Lord said to him.
Therefore, the Spirit of the Lord God came
With so much Power upon king Saul
Touching his heart as it has been claimed
Bringing startling changes in him and all.
Saul really feared, served and loved the Lord
But always in his heart he was rash and weak
Disobeying God's commands till God angry closed it the door
And the Lord's Spirit departed from Saul,his days became darker and bleak.
In the end king Saul lost his kingdom, he lost it all
He lost it his life and also his soul when he refused to hear God's eternal last call.
