I know this was nothing more than a pipe dream,

That it could never have come true. 

But my life was empty and pointless,

Before I had heard about you. 

I started watching your videos,

And it awakened a part of me,

That made my life worth living,

For a future I could now see. 

I don't quite know how it happened,

When this crush became something more. 

Soon my dreams always included you,

You showed me something to live for. 

I dreamt what it would be like,

If we ever did meet.

Then I found out about her,

And admitted my defeat.

I know this was nothing more than a pipe dream,

That this crush probably wouldn't last. 

But now I don't know what to do,

Before I leave you in the past.
