Fall to fly

Folder:
Poems

The screams were as whispers,

Drowning in the roaring wind,

Whistling past my ears,

As I fall embracing earth.

Falling  is to fly,

Away from this life,

Yearning to say goodbye,

To be saved from strife.

Been brought to heel,

Ousted from my seat,

Is it wrong to feel,

Passion in my defeat?

I've never been so alive,

As when I was falling to my death.
