In My Own Reality
Initially,
You were a mysterious species
Your world says, “Don’t bother me”
And mine was “It’s open, come and see ”.
Shortly,
I still thought we live in a different channel
Yours would be more “Sci-Fi or fantasy”
And mine was, “So easy, one look and you’ll see”.
Eventually,
I got the opportunity, we hang out just you and me.
“Hey, we are from opposite poles, but you’re not an alien after all”
“Amazingly, you and me, we jive so smoothly”.
Presently,
I had lots of discovery
You teach me so much in the world I did not know
In the process, you lift me up and look forward to tomorrow.
Eventually,
I just live the day each day in my own reality
I’ll just flow spontaneously
And go wherever my destiny brings me.
