Who would have thought? And Who would have believed?

Love Poems

Who would have thought?

Who would have believed?

That in such a short time,

You would become the nutrition that would nourish my thoughts.

The essence that would run through the four chambers of my organ,

Without which I would have no life.

The single cell of all my energy,

Without which I could not function.

Allow me to use these words,

Because, inevitably my other side,

Without which my being could not stand.

The sun that would wake me up every morning.

At last, the moon that would produce melatonin to help me fall asleep.

That I would find myself in that light sleep,

Without being able to wake up.

All these, could they be my imaginations

Or my illusions that make me Default?

Since they may not go any further than my beliefs?

At my age, who knows?

So I ask once again

Who would have thought?

Who would have believed?
