TRANSFORMATION

Before me stands a mountain

concealed within a shroud,

here I stand insignificant,

by all disavowed.

God grant me faith and hope,

that I might travel on

reaching the transformation

to which I have been drawn.

The time has come for me

to face my insecurity,

cast off the shell I wear,

declare a victory,

conquer my fears,

soar to the highest place

strengthened and blessed

by God's redeeming grace.

The mountain in resplendency revealed

Is my spirit imbued

with His love and healed.
