'03 The Shotgun

Invited to a strangers home,

Two friends and me find a place to go.

A shelf of guns not our own,

I grab a gun not knowing it would blow.

One friend in a room and the other don't know,

He's in the kitchen with only head shown.

Then walks up to me on the telephone,

I point the gun to the wall then the floor,

He tells me to watch it to have my control,

Then, the leg of the sofas' completely blown,

Barely tapped the trigger then a sudden blow,

My friend inches away, how would have I known,

It was a close one and escaped tragic gore.

I grabbed a gun no idea it was loaded,

All I know this accident could've been avoided.
