The darkness is back so deep in my soul

Shadows that cover the most inner parts



Ripping inside my heart and mind

taking me away from all thats intwined



I'm despertly seeking your face that shines

to keep me warm and safe inside.



It hurts me so Lord deep in my heart

the voices that blame they never depart



Terror flows inside my mind

taking me so far that I seem blind



I'm calling you Lord so loud and true

to break the hold that shadows have



to make me new and safe inside

take me now and help me fly.
