i know this sounds silly

but im glad you broke my heart

since then i found my true friends

i never knew i had from the start

when you left me there to fall

they were there through it all

they were there to catch me when i was down

they always made me smile when i wanted to frown

they helped me through all the bad times when i was blue

but now i have one thing to say
