Don't Say A Word

I know what is said,

Said when I am not around.

The look on your faces say it all,

And it hurts like a knife.

Although others don't think so,

But, I know who I am.

I  have gifts unknown to man,

Especially seen in a blink of an eye.

Surprised, something new it seems,

Didn't know that I could do it.

Unknown to you it was keen,

Poeple often misunderstand.

I may be different in this world,

Taking my time in a life so short.

That is the way I like my life,

Even in a world going so fast.

Never hating myself and its changes,

Although the discomfort is sometimes unbearable.

But whether good or bad it seems,

I never lose sight of my dreams.
