I finally heard the words that matter

And coming from someones soul

But everything they have shattered

And left nothing but an empty hole



I finally heard the I Love you

That has haunted my dreams

But it has left only a few

Actually none it would seem



For these words have escaped

And are destroying all I am

All of my soul has been scraped

And it is more then i can stand



For this is not what i wanted

And its not what should've passed

Now forever I will be haunted

Il'l live in the shadow thats cast



I will try to mend the mistakes

That I have so horribly made

I'll do whatever it will take

Until the shadow finally fades



Although to me they were real

And i dont see them as bad

It has lead to what it is i feel

And that will make you sad



Im am so sorry for what Ive done

Although they are beautiful memories

This is a battle i have not won

But i beg you to forgive me please



Do not turn away from me and stare

Into the darkest parts of me

Know that i'll always be there

Even if its me you never want to see



I finally said all that wasnt said

And i hope you live me still

For your everything until im dead

My heart is one only you can fill
