The eagle makes its livelihood

On the mountains or in the wood

But surely it would not embrace

Building a nest, act of disgrace

Bred and seduced by a vulture

The eagle does lose its culture

The preys' outlook has changed a lot

As the eagles' ways I have them taught

Love’s in waylay for a heart alive

On a lifeless prey eagle won’t dive

For the eagle only crown is meant

Possess a sublime aim, be decent



**************************************



Your vision is not heavenly

Cosmic is not your flight

Well you come from the Eagles’ race

Your lack high spirits and might

O’ Eagle! Born for ethereal flight

You have so many skies to alight

If thou have leopard’s heart,

An eagle’s piercing eye,

Easily thou can play your part

Sans lexicon and learning high

Your source is light, so pure you are!

Apple of heaven’s eye, sure you are!

Your captives are nymphs and angels

For Eagle of the Great Emperor you are!

The raven who would never soar

is spoiling eaglet more and more

Inspired by eagles, youthful hearts

Seek gleaming goal in the galaxies

With noble traits eagle you are

In realm of birds regal you are

Your abode is not royal palace’s dome

On the rocks of mountains is your home

An aged eagle said to eaglet, "you are so high

So easy for you is even the lofty sky

By sweatening blood, through strain and strife

You sweeten the bitterness of life

The pouncing act on dove you make

is more relishing than blood you take

Different are eagle and vulture

Quite dissimilar is their culture

Their flight is though in the same air

Their worlds are poles apart

It’s deplorable and incredible

You don’t happen to be eagle

Ah! Nature’s cues you don’t observe

The Creator’s intent you don’t serve

Teaching heritage is in the hands of those

Who are, indeed, likened to crows

They pose to possess the falcons' ranks

How in vain do they knit their brows!

The sage in the sky of views soared higher

But courage and honour he couldn't acquire

Though his thoughts were full of chemistry

He was deprived of love's mystery

The vulture in the air like an eagle did dive

But couldn't get the relish of catching prey alive

The school administers do not know

About teaching system, poor and low

Against all those complain I must

Eaglets are groveling in the dust

I am downtrodden, neglected, dismal, depressed

More elevated than the stars, you are so blessed



Eagle



You hanker after your subsistence in the soil

I don't care even for the skies; so I am royal
