Here I am alone again

I will not stay like this

I will live again



But now I am alone

Broken and hurting

Unloved and unwanted



I wish I was with you

But I am not

I am alone



I wish that you cared

But you don’t

I am alone



I am always alone

I am always myself

And it makes me alone



Should I be someone else?

To keep you with me

Should I not be me?



Looking at my life

I have found what I could not before

I am not alone



I never was

Even without you

I am not alone



I am with those

That, do not hurt me

Those that love me



I can let go now

And live without you

For I am not alone
