My Heart Cannot Forget

His arms encompass

My longing soul.

He is my confidant,

My sustainer.

As mist dissapears,

So does he.

Sparkling eyes,

Now dull and gray.

His smile fades

From my memory.

My heart broken,

Croshed and kicked.

The pieces, he left,

Scattered and lone.

Plane wreckes,

Left the same way.

Pieces, forgotten,

Left in the dirt.

My heart

Cannot forget.
