I close my eyes,

And drift away,

And what I see,

Is a special day,

Suits and ties,

Flowers in bloom,

A bride to me,

Standing next to her groom,

A bouquet in her hands,

A veil on her head,

He's smiling at her,

They're about to be wed,

They say they're vows,

And exchange they're rings,

They've always known,

They were meant to be,

She is his joy,

He is her life,

They're in this together,

Through struggle and strife,

They will take on the world, 

Hand in hand,

Always in love,

Forever they spend
