Don’t cry for me

I see the tears in your eyes mummy,

as the paramedics say it’s too late.

I hear you start to weep mummy,

don’t worry it didn’t hurt one bit.

I feel your arms around me mummy,

as the blood flows from my wrists.

I feel your breath on my cold cheek mummy,

don’t ask if maybe you could have prevented it.

I see your mascara run mummy,

as the room slowly starts to spin.

I smell your sweet perfume mummy,

will I go to heaven? for I have sinned.

I see you try and stop the blood mummy,

but its starting to get dark.

I see you try frantically mummy,

but this is what I want.

So don’t cry for me now I’m gone mummy,

tell daddy I was always a good girl.

Don’t lose any sleep wondering mummy,

I finally broke free from this world.
