I know that you see I'm in pain

but that don't make me sane!

I smile but I feel the tears ready to flow

I sit there letting out silent cries wanting you to know

Take me out of my misery it's to hard to bare

What does it matter you don't care!

I gave you all I had and nothing was given in return.

I hope one day my heart will give and I will learn

One day maybe I'll get the guts to leave and say goodbye

For baby That will be my last and final silent cry.
