Wishes you once made,
Things you soon forget,
But mine never seem to fade,
There’s sad thoughts stuck in my head,
And warm tears falling from my eyes,
As im looking in the distance,
At memories up in the skies
Watching dreams fly past,
Though they never really go,
The old tracks are still there,
Right through the falling snow
Can’t forget that certain smell,
Though it brings back so much pain,
It’s all I can’t forget,
That makes me go insane
Listening to an old song,
That’s always in my head,
It used to make me smile,
But now I cry instead
Left with only memories,
Of a life that passed you by,
And nothing good to live for,
Because I cannot say goodbye
