New Poems Like a road that leads to emptiness,
it goes only so far.
But the darkness surrounds all sides of me,
like its coming from left and right.
I run with all my speed and strength,
but it follows me near and far.
I close my eyes in hope that it will leave forever,
but it only stays away during the light.
I stay up all night wishing that it wont come back,
but I only delay the fact.
I want to turn away and never see it,
but it watchs me day and night.
