MY LIFE STORY (18)

MY LIFE STORY

And then one day,
Another handsome boy,
came our way.

Like a mist on the ocean,
As the sun comes out, and
warms the waters, It vanishes.
So like our baby.
Great our sorrow.

Merry Christmas, little one,
May you sleep and rest,
Until some day later on,
Your in my treasure chest.

When I cross the great divide,
And approach the open door,
I'll search until I find you.
Then we'll go out no more.

As weeks, months, and twisted
years,
Quickly found their way,
Suddenly I returned to the
yesterday.

I sat and watched a cloud float by,
Slowly across the azure sky,
Heard a whisper in the trees,
Thought I felt you in a breeze.

Sought a flower, for your hair,
When I reached, you weren't there.
