Dilemma of Darkness

The cold cruel wind laps at my feet

The stars dance in the dark sky

The moon shines down as a spotlight

It highlights me as it engulfs me in

I shiver in the silvery moonbeam.

My tears trickle in the silvery moonlight

making the stars to not dance in the sky

The cold cruel wind doesnt play the same tune,

the spotlight is not there, for it is day.

It's not the same as months turn to years

As seasons pass without any thoughts

As summer give no warmth and love,

nor does the whispering cold winter.

Years have passed now as I go back to that spotlight.

There I lay for a long time with tears flowing

but soon I know we will be together.

As I lay there forever, as many more forevers.
