Although he could not swim
he felt he must try
lessons to teach before the show
then came the day it made me almost cry.
He had to jump from a cliff
now that was no easy task
then swim to the trunk with blankets
only then in glory could you bask.
He seemed to be somewhat worried
as anyone with a brain might be
but he was the man and got the job done
they did not win but from the situation he did not flee.
I was proud for him in many ways
but the one that sticks out most
I do not swim that well either
I am haunted by an old ghost.
He did not let his fear best him at all
in fact he put his trust in the Great Spirit
awesome when you have such relationship
you can tell when it is a natural fit.
He did what he had to do, took to the air like a bird
hit the water with a big ol' splash then up like a float
they called his name, gave him support all the way
for real team spirit he gets my undying vote.
Then on to the "eating something wild" part of the show
things that natives of the out back might eat
intestins, brains, worms, and other such goodies
oh they had a slice of apple and a small bite of candy bar... neat.
Well it seems that some could not handle the free food they were offered
but when it came down to it they did the job except for one girl
when it was Mr. R's turn, the table was spun and he got the candy bite
to me that says do your job and I'll make sure that on national TV you wont hurl.
So my hat is off to the man from the midwest
man he go far in this game of chance and wits
I hope to see him at the end of the show
let them vote off one of those real twits.
