Here I am

Is everything alright

I lay between my sheets

Alone tonight

It’s not the first

I know it want be the last

But there’s not peace inside this house

Something is missing

Something I yet to find

If I only knew where

I’d complete the puzzle tonight

This battle is fierce

As I pull the sheets to my face

To turn off my mind

I lay in quiet space

But there’s no sleep

With a restless mind

I tell it until tomorrow

We yet to find
